Training with the SAR family

Rame Head watchkeepers have trained with RNLI Plymouth and Rescue 924 on scenarios including man-overboard recovery — guiding craft onto casualty positions and practising real coastal rescue teamwork.

When people get into difficulty, NCI alerts HM Coastguard, who direct the appropriate rescue services. Border Force collaboration supports wider maritime awareness around busy approaches.
